One Killed, 11 Injured After Vehicle Skids Off Road, Hits Multiple Vehicles

Srinagar, Aug 17 (): One person was killed and 11 others injured after a vehicle skidded off the road and collided with multiple vehicles in the Thadikassi-Tandwal area of Rajouri district on Monday afternoon.

Officials told news agency that the accident occurred at around 3:00 PM when a vehicle bearing registration number JK11G-8874 reportedly lost control, skidded off the road and hit several vehicles.

One person died in the accident, while 11 others sustained injuries. All the injured were evacuated from the spot and shifted to GMC Rajouri for medical treatment.

The exact cause of the accident and further details regarding the injured persons are awaited. (JKNS)
