Tourist trekker from Delhi died due to cold in Naranag
A 43-year-old tourist trekker from Delhi died due to cold in the Naranag area of Kangan, Ganderbal, on Friday, an official said.
A group of trekkers had gone for trekking to Naranag, in which one person died.
The official identified the deceased as Rohit Syal, a resident of West Delhi.
Cognizance of the incident has been taken, and further investigation has been set in motion, he added.
