Two Army Jawans Killed in Accidental Blast Near LoC in Uri’s Kamalkote

Two Army jawans died after sustaining critical injuries in an accidental blast near the Line of Control in Kamalkote, Uri, late Tuesday evening.

The deceased have been identified as Chavan Vikram Balakrishna, resident of Airoli, Maharashtra, and Arjun Jadhav Rajindra, resident of Shahpur in Karad tehsil, Satara district, Maharashtra.

Officials told that both personnel were critically injured in the incident and were rushed to 92 Base Hospital, Badamibagh, Srinagar, for treatment. They later succumbed to their injuries.
