Applications are invited on prescribed format affixed with the latest Passport size Photograph from eligible female candidates for the honorary post of Anganwadi Workers for the below mentioned locations:
THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FIXED FOR THE ENGAGEMENT OF AWWS IS AS UNDER:
Revenue village shall be adopted as a unit for selection of Anganwadi Worker.
Female candidate in the age group of 18.44 years (age reckoned on the first day of calendar year In which selection Is made).
Candidate should be permanent resident of AK state.
Minimum qualification of Anganwadi worker shall be matriculate and in case no matriculate candidate Is available in village/ward Middle pass candidate shall be considered, under exceptional circumstances, which would require approval from State Mission Director, ICDS.
The candidate should belong to ward where AWC is located. If suitable candidate is not available in the ward candidate should be selected from revenue Village of which the said ward is the part of. Likewise if no suitable candidate is available, a candidate from adjoining revenue village shall be selected on the basis of inter-se-merIL
No Under process certificate shall be entertained

Weightage shall be given on academic qualification as per breakup given below:
- Matriculation- 70Points
- 10+2- 20 Points
- Graduation- 10 points
- The selection of candidate for post of Anganwadi worker shall strictly be on the basis of merit in light of Para (7) above.
- In situation where there is a tie-up between eligible daughter In law and unmarried girl preference shall be given to daughter In law.
THE REQUISITE DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH APPLICATION FORMS ARE:
- Permanent Residence Certificate (Self attested).
- 2. Proof of D.0.13 (Self attested).
- Proof of residence (issued by concerned authorities).
- 4. Proof of ward from concerned authorities.
- Academic qualification certificate (Self attested).
- 6.Copy of electoral Roll.
The application forms will be accepted at office of Child Development Project Officer ICDS Batwara, office at Lakhowk Abi Guzar Central Market near Abi Guzar Masjid, from the date of publication of this notice till 20 November 2017 during office hours i.e 10AM to 4PM.
