Selection list of candidates under SRO-202 Dated 30-06-2015 for the post of “Junior Assistant” (Public Works Department), Divisional Cadre Jammu Vide advertisement No. 01 of 2016 Dated 01-06-2016, Item No. 004

Whereas Administrative Department vide letter No.PW(R&B) NG/92/2017

dated:22-10-2018 has conveyed approval for appointment of Junior Assistants

(Divisional cadre) in PW (R&B) Department, Jammu.

Whereas all the newly selected Junior Assistants were directed vide this

office communication No. CEJ/Estab/12193-4 dated 27-10-2018 to submit the requisite

affidavit/ attestation form within 10 days time.

Whereas 22 No. of newly selected Junior Assistants have submitted the

requisite affidavit/ attestation form for considering their appointment

Whereas 04 No. newly selected Junior Assistants as shown in Annexure “A”

have not submitted the requisite affidavit/ attestation form till date.

You all are as such      finally advised to furnish the requisite

affidavit/attestation form duly filled to this office within 7 days time from the date of

publishing of this notice failing which it will be presumed that you are not interested to

be appointed as Junior Assistant and Administrative Department shall be intimated

accordingly.
