Online application forms from the domicile of Union Territory of J8sK are invited for the tenure posts of Registrar in the below-mentioned discipline of the College as per the relevant rules in vogue for an initial period of one (01) year, further extendable on a yearly basis maximum up to three (03) years subject to satisfactory work and conduct certificate from the concerned HOD.
The applicants are directed to visit the official website of this institution haw/ /iggdci.cdu.in/Jobs/for downloading the applications forms. Application forms will be available from 12.06.2023 to 27.06.2023 upto 04:00 PM. The candidates are advised to send the application form duly filled along with the required self attested documents (PDF format only) and online fee payment receipt of rupees 500/- through the email ID IGGDCJIZECRUITMENTOGMAIL.COM with the subject “Application for the Post of Registrar-2023”.
Candidate shall submit following documents with their applications
1. BDS Degree from DCI recognized College & University.
2. Internship completion certificate.
3. Attempt certificate issued by the Head of Institution/University.
4. Marks card of all years of BDS.
5. MDS Degree from DCI recognized College & University (Mandatory).
6. Best outgoing student in each year (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th ) in University Professional Examination.
Note :
The self attested documents uploaded with the application form shall be readable and complete in properly arranged in a series as mentioned in the advertisement notice. Illegible dark/washed out, misprinted document and document submitted after the last date of submission of application shall not be considered for evaluation. Applications sent by any other mode shall not be entertained.
