Anganwadi Workers / Helpers Job Recruitment in Poonch
The applications forms on prescribed format are invited from the eligible female candidates of the below mentioned wards of the Panchayats for engagement as Sanginis (Anganwadi Worker) and Sahaylkas (Anganwadi Helpers) in Anganwadi Centres of Poshan (ICIDS) Project Mendnar, purely on honorarium basis (Sanginis @5100/- per month and Sahayikas @2550/- per month) in pursuance to the Govt. Order No :- 222-1K(SWD) of 2022, dated : 30.11.2022 & 103-)K(SWD) of 2023, dated : 28.04.2023.
As per the norms, the unit of selection of Sanginis/Sahayikas shall be the electoral ward of the concerned Panchayat.
How To Apply :
The application forms complete in all respects as per the Performa given in Annexure “A” of this notice along with all the requisite documents as mentioned should be submitted in the Office of the Child Development Project Officer Mendhar near Dak Bungalow Mendhar by personal delivery or through registered Post during working hours against the proper receipt. The incomplete forms shall be rejected without any clarification/ notice and the candidates shall have no right to claim for candidature.
Date of commencement for submission of Application Forms : 19.09.2023
Last date for submission of Application Forms : 04.10.2023
Document Verification :
The shortlisted meritorious candidates shall be required to appear before the Document Verification Committee along with all the original documents whose copies have been attached with the application form within a week after the last date of receipt of application forms.
Documents to be attached (Self Attested)
a. Copy of Domicile certificate.
b. Academic qualification certificates (Metric/ 12th / Graduation).
c. Copy of Aadhar Card.
d. Copy of Voter Card.
e. Copy of Ration Card.
f. Copy of Date of birth Certificate.
g. Certified copy of the latest voter list as proof of residence. (Certified by the EIDO/CE0 Municipality concerned)
h. Unmarried Certificate by the concern Tehsildar (In case of unmarried candidate).
i. Affidavit in the prescribed format duly given in “Annexure B” attested by Judicial Magistrate/ Tehsildar.
J. Self addressed envelope with postage stamp of Rs 5/- affixed.
