Advertisement notice for engagement of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) in Anganwadi Centres of Poshan Project on honorarium basis.

Applications are invited on prescribed format from eligible female candidates for engagement as Anganwadi Worker (Sanginis) and Anganwadi Helpers (sahayikas) for working at following Anaganwadi Centres
Eligibility Criteria for Selection of Sanginis (AWWs)
a) Women Candidate in the age group of 18-37 years as on01-01-2023.
b) The candidate should be a domicile of the UT of J&K
c) The candidate should be resident of the Electoral ward where AWC is situated. Name in the voter list for the ward shall be considered as the proof of residence of the candidate. In case the name of the candidate appears in voter list along with her parents, then she must provide certificate of being un married issued by the concerned Tehsildar. Where ever, there is any dispute as to residence for any reason, then residence proof certifying the ward of residence from the concerned SDM/ACR shall be considered.
d) Minimum qualification shall be 10+2 and maximum graduation. In case no 10+2 pass candidate is available in the ward, 10+2 pass candidate from the adjoining ward shall be considered which would require prior approval of Mission Director, Mission Poshan.
e) In case suitable candidate is not available from the adjoining ward, candidate from nearest ward within the Panchayat can be considered subject to the approval of Mission Director, Mission Poshan
f) Weightage shall be given on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2 and selection shall be done purely on merit basis and no other criteria to be considered.
g) In case of eligible candidate is available within the family of retiring Anganwadi Worker/Anganwadi Helper, the said candidate shall qualify for additional two percent points.
h) In case of tie in merit of the eligible candidate, candidate with the higher age will be preferred.
i) Candidate with qualification higher than graduation shall not be considered.
Eligibility Criteria for Selection of Sahayikas (AWHs).
a. The selection of Helper shall be restricted to the electoral ward where Anganwadi Centre is located.
b. Women candidate in the age group of 18-37 years as on 01-01-2023.
c. The candidate should be a domicile of the UT of J&K.
d. Minimum Qualification for Anganwadi Helper shall be Matriculation.
e. In case no matriculate candidate is available in the Ward, candidates with qualification not less than VIII standard shall be considered.
Documents to be attached for Sanginis (AWWs)
1. Domicile certificate
2. Date of Birth Certificate
3. Qualification certificates
4. Electoral Panch/Municipal ward certificate along with No. and date duly issued by concerned Block Development Officer/EO (MC)
5. Un married certificate Issued by Tehsildar concerned (wherever applicable)
6. Engagement/relieving order of the AWW/AWH, ln case the applicant shall claim to be the family member of retiring AWW/AWH
7. E-Ration ticket mentioning category and family details duly attested by TSO concerned.
8. Affidavit sworn before the 1st Class Judicial Magistrate to the effect that the candidate shall not possess higher qualification than graduation, if any candidate shall be found to be of higher qualification than graduation, her candidature shall be cancelled forthwith without serving any notice ab-intio and action shall be initiated under law.

7. E-Ration ticket mentioning category and family details duly attested by TSO concerned.
All attached documents shall be self attested by the candidate
The prescribed application forms along with requisite documents shall be submitted in the office of Child Development Project Officer, Poshan Ramban during office hours upto the cut date upto 4.00 PM against proper receipt.
