Job Recruitment in AWH Poshan Project Bufliaz

The Application Forms on prescribed format are invited from the eligible female candidates of the below mentioned wards of the Panchayats for engagement as Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) in Anganwadi Centres of Poshan(ICDS) Project Bufliaz, purely on Honorarium basis (Sahayikas @2550/- per month) in pursuance to the Govt. Order No: 222-1K(SWD) of 2022, dated: 30.11.2022 & 103-M(5WD) of 2023, dated: 28.04.2023.

As per the norms, the unit of selection of Sahayikas (AWH) shall be the electoral ward of the concerned Panchayat.

Criteria for selection of Sahiyikas (Anaganwadi Helpers):

1) Married Women candidates in the age group of 18-37 years as on 01-01-2023 shall be considered for the post of Sahiyikas(AWHs). In case unmarried candidate may be considered.

2) The candidate should be domicile of the UT of J&K.

3) The selection of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) shall be Anganwadi Centre is located.

4) Minimum qualification for Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) shall be matriculation.

5) Weightage shall be given on the basis of marks obtained in 100 class and selection shall be done purely on merit basis. However, in rarest of rare cases where selection committee finds a widow headed household with no income source or a completely destitute lady with zero source of income in such cases preference may be given if other things are equal.

6) In case no matriculate candidate available in the ward, candidates with qualification not less than 8th standard shall be considered.
