Recruitment in Agrolytic Farms Jammu

We are searching for a candidate to supervise/operate a high end naturally ventilated Polyhouse/organic farm in Jammu. The farm is located Near Swankha Mandir ,Vijaypur, District Samba. The farm supervisor responsibilities include operating & managing the polyhouse, monitoring farm staff, crops, and livestock, purchasing supplies and maintaining overall health/wellbeing of the farm.

Experience :- 1-2 Years Max, FRESHERS

Candidates should be open to have out of state training for a month as well.

Farm Supervisor/Operator Requirements :-

I. Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or equivalent.
II. Experience and understanding of farming and agronomy
III. Understanding of different crop cycles and expertise.
IV. Knowledge of irrigation, drip irrigation and automated drip irrigation systems.
V. Passion for agriculture and willingness to learn modern farming/agriculture practices.
VI. Good problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
VII. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
VIII. Knowledge of computers is a must.
