Name of the post: Civil Engineer with Arbitration
Expertise Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects.
Provide expert testimony and support in arbitration proceedings related to construction disputes. Analyse project documentation, contracts, and technical reports to assess claims and liabilities.
Collaborate with legal counsel and stakeholders to develop arbitration strategies and settlements.
Conduct site inspections and evaluations to gather evidence and support case arguments.
Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
