ADMISSION (SELECTION) NOTIFICATION NO. 02 Of 2024 (PH.D. PROGRAMMES)
The candidates bearing following Form Numbers have been provisionally selected for admission to Ph.D Programme in the Centre for International Relations (International Relations/ Political Science) for the Academic Session 2023-24 advertised vide Admission notification 01 of 2023-24 Dated: 21-12-2023.
IMPORTANT NOTES :-
1. The selection is based on the Procedure for Admission notified in Admission Notification (Ph.D.) No. 01 of 2023-24 dated: 21-12-2023
2. The selection of the candidates is strictly provisional and subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria as fixed and determined by the University and production/verification of the original documents/ certificate(s) wherever applicable. In case of any discrepancy found at any point of time, the University reserves the right to cancel/modify such selection/admission.
3. Provisionally selected candidates are hereby informed to report to the Office of the Dean Research (Academic Block VII, 3
rd Floor), IUST Campus Awantipora on any working day by or before 22-07-2024 (except on Saturday & Sunday) along with application form/original documents/ copies thereof and requisite fee of Rs 30,000/- (One time) for completion of admission formalities.
4. Selected candidates are required to submit an Affidavit from the 1st Class Magistrate mentioning that he/she is not working/studying in any Institution/organization.
5. The detailed merit list of Centre for International Relations (International relations/ Political Science) is available on the University website.
