Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Call Centre Head to lead our call centre operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the BP() industry, preferably in the automobile sector.

Responsibilities :-

• Manage and lead the call centre team.

• Improve call centre operations and efficiency.

• Monitor performance metrices.

• Ensure compliance with company policies.

• Resolve escalated customer issues.

Requirements :

• Only Female Candidate may apply

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Call Centre Head in BPO/Automobile sector.

• Preferably experienced in the automobile sector.

• Minimum Graduation.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
