JKBOPEE Important Notification Regarding NEET PG (MDS)-2024

Online registration of eligible candidates for NEET PG (MDS)-2024 of J&K/ Ladakh for preparation of Provisional Merit List (PML)-2024.

Consequent upon declaration of result by the National Board of Examinations (NBE), for MDS courses – 2024 and subsequently notified by the Board vide Notification No.039-BOPEE of 2024 Dated: 03-07-2024, the candidates belonging to the UT of J&K / Ladakh who have qualified the NEET PG (MDS)-2024 having scored the cut off marks prescribed by the NBE, and whose names figure in the Annexure “A” of Notification No. 039-BOPEE of 2024 dated 03-07-2024 are hereby informed that the Board shall notify the schedule for Online Registration of eligible candidates belonging to Union Territories of J&K/Ladakh for preparation of the Provisional Merit List (PML) for which they are required to register themselves online for 50% of UT quota seats of UT of J&K within the prescribed dates given below:-

Important dates & Instructions:

i) The online registration shall commence w.e.f. 07-07-2024;

ii) The last date of submission of online registration shall be 09-07-2024

iii) The registration shall be made online through the BOPEE website www.jkbopee.gov.in.

The candidates should upload the following documents:

1. BDS degree certificate;

2. Registration with the State/ UT Dental Council/ DCI;

3. Internship Completion Certificate (upto 30-06-2024);

4. Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K or Ladakh as the case may be;

5. Valid Reserved Category Certificate, wherever applicable, in terms of SRO 294 of 2005 dated 21-10-2005 read with SRO 518 dated 02-09-2019, S.O 176 dated 15-03-2024 and SO 305 dated 21-05-2024;

6. Difficult Area Certificate in pursuance of SRO 48 of 2018 dated 30-01-2018;

7. NEET-PG Score Card 2024

8. Valid EWS certificate as per SRO 518 dated 02-09-2019.

9. NOC from Government/Competent Authority for in-service candidates to pursue MDS Courses-2024.

10. (For candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh), an undertaking in the form of compulsory Service Board (available on BOPEE Website) that he/she shall serve in the UT of Ladakh for prescribed period immediately after completing MDS degree.

11. For candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh their ST certificate issued by the competent authority shall be treated as Domicile Certificate.

iv) The cut-off date for validity of the category certificates shall be the last date for Registration fixed by the BOPEE viz 09-07-2024.

v) The candidates should register their particulars carefully. The detailed instructions for filling up of Online Registration Form are already in the e-Information Brochure available on the BOPEE website viz www.jkbopee.gov.in. The candidates, in their own interest, are, therefore, advised to go through the same before filling up of the Online Registration Form.

*“In-service candidates” who have qualified NEET-PG(MDS) 2024 and fall in the zone of consideration will be considered subject to issuance of “NOC” by the Competent Authority. Board may have NOC certificate verified from such authorities if it is found expedient to do so. However, they will be allowed to participate in the Registration/Counselling process provisionally but will be allowed to join the allotted College/Institution on production of NOC only within the stipulated dates as fixed by the Board.

vii) The e-Information Brochure and the Tentative Seat Matrix shall be uploaded on website of the Board separately in due course of time.

Note-1

Any candidate, who falls within the qualifying merit but has not registered himself/herself shall not be considered for counseling/allotment of seat under any circumstances or a candidate who has registered himself/herself but failed to upload the documents or have not uploaded all documents up to the prescribed date i.e. 09.07.2024 shall also not be considered for counseling/allotment of seat.

Note-2

The candidates shall have to fill the following fields correctly and as filled in the NEET-PG (MDS) Application Form:

a) NEET-PG Roll No as per Admit Card.

b) NEET-PG 2024 (MDS) score card.

c) NEET Rank.

d) DOB.

e) Category, if any.

Note-3

Mere submission of Application Form and Registration of Candidates shall not confer any right on any candidate for admission, but it shall be subject to the fulfilment of the Eligibility Criteria and the qualification prescribed for the said course and after check and verification of their documents at the time of admission by the College/ Institution authorities if the candidate(s) is provisionally selected.
