Salesforce Administrator
BQE Software Srinagar, J&K, India (Hybrid)
Role Description :
This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Administrator. The Salesforce Administrator, reporting to our VP of Business Operations, will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of Salesforce platform, data management, system maintenance, development of workflows, and validation rules among other day-to-day administrative tasks. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to streamline our team’s processes.
From there, you will help us improve our sales tech stack to reinforce those processes in an efficient way. With great technology in place, you will also ensure the team is recording and receiving the data it needs.
Requirements :
♦ Bachelor’s degree
♦ 2+ years of Salesforce Administration and/or Sales & Marketing Operations experience, ideally with a high-growth software company
♦ Skill in designing and implementing Salesforce Flows & validation rules
♦ Experience working with Apex classes and triggers
♦ Experience working directly with sales and/or customer success teams
♦ Deep knowledge of Salesforce; knowledge of marketing automation platforms a plus
♦ Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
♦ Demonstrable analytical skills to evaluate how changes to the Salesforce platform will affect current workflows and reporting
