Central University of Kashmir Last Date extended For Registrar Posts
The last date for submission of online Application Form for appointment of Registrar on direct/deputation basis advertised vide notification No. 05 of 2025 dated 11/03/2025, is hereby extended till 30th April, 2025 & the date of submission of downloaded application form along with annexures is hereby extended till 9th May, 2025. State/UT Government functionaries who fulfil the basic eligibility criteria for the position as per the detailed notification are also encouraged to apply on direct/deputation basis.

Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates applying under direct recruitment or deputation must fulfill the following criteria—
Educational Qualifications: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
Experience :
For direct recruitment: 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor (Academic Level 11 and above) or 8 years of experience as Associate Professor (Academic Level 12 and above) or Comparable administrative experience including 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.
For deputation: Holding a comparable post or at least 8 years of experience at Pay Level 12.
Age Limit :
For direct recruitment: Preferably below 57 years.
For deputation: Not exceeding 58 years.

After filling the online application form, a printout must be taken and submitted along with self-attested copies of relevant documents to: Recruitment Section, Central University of Kashmir, Green Campus, Ganderbal – 191201, J&K. The final date for hard copy submission is 9th May 2025.
Application Fee : Applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹1,500 through the online portal while filling out the application form.
Selection Process: The selection will involve:
Screening and shortlisting of candidates based on eligibility.
Verification of documents.
Interview for final selection.
