Eligibility Criteria of Head Assistant Post:
Candidates interested in the Head Assistant post must fulfill the following criteria :
Educational Qualification & Experience : Must have experience working in the University System.
Age Limit : Should be below 64 years as of 01.01.2025 or likely to retire within six months from the date of application. Maximum age limit for engagement is 65 years.
Additional Terms : The engagement will be for one year or until the candidate attains 65 years of age or till a permanent arrangement is made—whichever is earlier. Engagement is extendable based on performance and university requirements. Can be terminated with one month’s notice from either side or payment of one month’s salary.
Application Process for Cluster University of Jammu Notification 2025:
Candidates must download the application form from the university website (www.clujammu.ac.in) and submit it duly filled along with necessary documents.
Applications must be sent through Registered or Speed Post only to Assistant Registrar (Adm), Cluster University of Jammu, Adjoining G.G.M. Science College, Jammu-180016 (J&K).
Note: Applications submitted via courier or plain paper will be rejected. The envelope should be clearly superscribed with “Name of the Post Applied For” and “Advertisement No. & Date”.
Selection Process for Cluster University of Jammu Head Assistant Post:
Selection will be made by a committee constituted by the university. No interim correspondence will be entertained, and the university reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason.
