Senior BJP Leader Kavinder Gupta Appointed Lieutenant Governor Of Ladakh

Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Kavinder Gupta, has been appointed as the new Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh.

His appointment followed the resignation of Brigadier (Dr.) B.D. Mishra (Retd.), which has been accepted by the President of India.

Alongside Gupta, the President has appointed Professor Ashim Kumar Ghosh as Governor of Haryana and Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju as Governor of Goa.
