JKPSC Associate Professor Deficiency of Documents Notice
Filling up of the post of Associate Professor (Architecture) in the School of Architecture in Higher Education Department – Deficiency of documents thereof.

Whereas, the Higher Education Department, vide letter No. HED-GAZ/85/2022-04 dated 13.04.2022, among others, referred 04 posts (OM=02, RBA=01, SC=01) of Associate Professor (Architecture) in the School of Architecture in Higher Education Department, to the J&K Public Service Commission for selection; and,
Whereas, the posts were advertised vide Notification No. 15-PSC (DR-P) of 2023 dated 02.05.2023; and,
Whereas, the written test was conducted on 22.10.2023 and 04 candidates were declared to have qualified the written test vide Notification No. PSC/Exam/S/2024/06 dated 27.03.2024; and,
Whereas, upon scrutiny of the documents, the following candidates have been found deficient in respect of the documents, accordingly vide Notice dated 19.02.2025 all these candidates were asked to submit their experience certificates as per the recruitment rules, mentioned in the advertisement Notification:

In response, all the above candidates have submitted the experience certificates duly countersigned from different government agencies. After scrutinizing the said certificates of the candidates it was decided by the Commission to ask the candidates to get the documents authenticated/ countersigned by the designated authorities as envisaged in the Rule-45 of J&K Public Service Commission (Business & Procedure) Rules-2021.
Now, therefore, the above candidates are hereby advised to submit their documents, strictly, as per Rule-45 of J&K Public Service Commission (Business & Procedure) Rules-2021, in the office of J&K, Public Service Commission, Solina, Srinagar/Resham Ghar Colony Jammu, within 10 (Ten) days from the date of issuance of this Notice, failing which their candidature shall be rejected without any further notice.
