Civil Site Engineer – Dawar, Gurez, Bandipora
Position : 01
Qualifications – B.Tech Civil/ M.Tech Structural Engg
Skills and experience:
– Past experience as a civil engineer/consultant is must.
– Proficient in MS Excel
– Excellent spoken English and communication skills
– Experience with soil/ geotechnical testing
– STAAD/ CAD/ SOLIDWORKS
– Deep knowledge of RCC construction, column RCC structure and foundations/footing/slabwork.
– Extensive technical know-how of rebar framing
– Past experience with Drywall/ cement board construction and stone wool insulation.
– Willing to live in Gurez for summer
Roles and responsibilities :
– Manage accounts of raw materials and usage
– Oversee labourers and verify construction conforms to requirements.
– Run simulation tests of the construction project
Pay: Around 30k per month.
Work is seasonal, from April to November.
