Essential Qualification :
B.E./B.Tech. and M.Tech./M.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering with valid GATE / NET / NET-JRF.

Nature of the Post :
The selected candidate will be required to pursue a PhD under the Satish Dhawan Centre for Space Sciences.
The candidate will be registered for PhD under the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering and mentored by the Satish Dhawan Centre for Space Sciences, Central University of Jammu.
PhD rules will be as per the regulations of the Central University of Jammu.
Application Schedule :
Start date of application : 12 May 2026
Last date of application : 01 June 2026
Stipend :Â
Rs. 37,000 per month plus HRA as per CU Jammu norms for the first two years.
If the project continues, Rs. 42,000 per month plus HRA as per CU Jammu norms for the third year.
In case the project discontinues, Rs. 25,000 per month will be provided from the University fund (IRG).
