The candidate also acknowledges that if a university, board or institution issuing the submitted certificates is subsequently found not to be recognized/accredited by the competent authority, no claim will be made on that basis.
No Claim for Permanent Absorption
The affidavit further states that the candidate will not claim permanent absorption in the department merely because of the temporary engagement.
