The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 253.14 points, or 0.49%, to 51,521.04, the S&P 500 gained 45.00 points, or 0.58%, to 7,818.95 and the Nasdaq Composite gained 122.48 points, or 0.45%, to 27,599.79.

Gurugram-based drone technology and skilling provider AITMC Ventures, which operates under the brand AVPL International, has filed an updated draft document with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO).
The IPO comprises an entirely fresh issue of 3.5 crore equity shares, according to the updated draft red herring prospectus (UDRHP) filed on September 30. The offer size is expected to be in the range of Rs 155-200 crore, according to market sources.
AITMC Ventures filed its IPO papers through the confidential route in October 2025, while SEBI approved its draft papers in January 2026.

Cambridge-based Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) sold 14.54 lakh shares, representing a 1.31 percent stake in Satin Creditcare Network, for Rs 30.31 crore at a price of Rs 208.36 per share.
MIT held a 1.81 percent stake in Satin Creditcare as of June 2026.
