Sales & Marketing Head:

Minimum 8-10 Years of relevant experience. Candidates with experience in FMCG industry would be preferred. The person shall be responsible for budgeting, development & implementation of the sales & marketing strategy to maintain & drive the business growth. liaison with distributors.

The incumbent must have the following attributes:

Worked in a managerial role, leader ship qualities, ability to motivate his team, proven knowledge of markets of Kashmir & Leh region.

Degree in Sales & Marketing or similar

Logistics In-Charge:

Experience 4-8 years in coordinating logistic activities at managerial / supervisory level.

Proven working knowledge of arranging, scheduling & monitoring pro-actively on daily basis logistics.

Stores In-Charge:

05- 08 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities included but not United to Managing day to day operations of stores. Co-ordination with procurement department. Updating & monitoring inventory actively, manage stock levels.

Tech- Savvy, must have knowledge of using computer software. Supervise store staff.

Procurement In-charge:

Experience 6-8 years with at least 2 years in a managerial/ supervisory level. Experience In poultry business is mandatory. Candidates with experience in supply chain management in companies of repute will be preferred. The candidate shall be responsible to handle procurement cycles, supplier negotiations and purchase requirements of the plant. Supervise the purchase team. Candidates with experience in supplier management, production planning and experience in FMCG shall be preferred.
