Vacancy Details
A total of 23 Krishi Udyami (KU) positions are available in the Doda District, with the detailed location-wise distribution provided in Annexure-A of the notification.

The engagement will initially be for a period of 2 years, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The engagement may be extended annually further, subject to satisfactory performance and fulfilment of the prescribed conditions.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:
Diploma in Agriculture or Allied Fields; or
Graduation in Science (B.Sc.); or
Graduation in Agriculture and Allied Fields such as B.Sc./B.V.Sc.
Preference will be given to candidates having post-graduation in:
Science/Agriculture and Allied Fields; or
Computer diploma/certifications.

Veterinary Sciences

BAT from a government-recognized institution

Candidates having a Diploma/Certification in Computers of 3 months or more duration from a government-recognized institution are also eligible.

Job Profile
The selected Krishi Udyamis (KUs) will operate Krishi Kissan Mitra Grams (KKGs) under the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) in Jammu & Kashmir.
Their role will involve facilitating and supporting agricultural and allied-sector activities at the designated level under the programme.
Remuneration
The engagement is based on a self-earning/entrepreneurial basis.

Age Limit
The candidate’s age should be between 21 and 45 years as on the last date of submission of applications.

Dedicated Application Counter
The Chief Agriculture Officer, Doda has established a dedicated counter in the O/o Chief Agriculture Officer, Doda for receiving application forms.
A dedicated Contact/Control Room has also been established for receiving applications and addressing queries related to the recruitment process.
Important Instructions
The Chief Agriculture Officer, Doda will maintain records of all applications received until the establishment of the KKGs in the office.
Copies of the applications will be submitted to the CPO Section of the office from time to time.
Sufficient manpower will be deployed during office hours to respond to candidates’ queries.
Any postal delay on the part of the applicant will not be the responsibility of the APD/advertising authority (DC Doda).
Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected without further notice.
Original documents must be produced during the verification process.
