Engagement of Hostel Superintendents (Female) on Contract Basis for the Session 2026-27

Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Regional Office Chandigarh, invites applications from eligible female candidates for engagement as Hostel Superintendents on a contractual basis in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas located in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and Chandigarh (U.T.).

The engagement is for residential co-educational schools having classes VI to XII.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.

Work Experience

Candidates must fulfil any one of the following experience conditions:

Minimum 02 years of experience in Pay Level 3 (₹21,700) or above under the 7th CPC, or an equivalent salary in any recognized school.

OR

J&K Cricket Association Recruitment 2026

Ex-Defence personnel having a minimum of 02 years of experience in Pay Level 3 or above under the 7th CPC.

Note: Ten months of experience, excluding vacations with usual breaks in a year, shall be considered as one year for determining experience.

Remuneration : ₹35,750/- per month

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 35 years as on 01 May 2026

Maximum Age: 62 years as on 01 May 2026
