Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the above positions must fulfill the following requirements:
District Preference :
Only candidates belonging to District Srinagar and Lower Budgam are eligible to apply.
Educational Qualification: Applicants must possess a Graduate degree (minimum qualification).

Additional Preference :
Candidates having knowledge of UPVC Door & Window systems will be given preference during the selection process.
Preferred Skills :
The employer is looking for candidates who have:
Good communication and marketing skills.
Ability to interact confidently with customers.
Basic understanding of sales and client handling.
Knowledge of the UPVC door and window industry (preferred but not mandatory).
Willingness to work in the assigned project locations.
