NOTICE
It is notified for information of all the concerned Principals and the students of Govt./Private Polytechnics of UT of J&K and UT of Ladakh that the online forms for re-evaluation /scanned copy of answer book for 5th and 6th semester (NEP 2020+New Scheme) examination session May-June, 2026 shall be available on www.jkbote.ac.in (EXAMINATION PORTAL) with effect from 15th of July, 2026 to 24th of July, 2026.
The scanned copy shall be provided to the concerned candidates through e-mail on their respective ID’s who will apply for the same.

> The students shall be required to fill up the re-evaluation forms online by logging into their accounts created during filling of examination forms.
> The students can pay fee through online payment methods (Internet Banking/Credit/Debit Card).
> The Principals are requested to provide the assistance wherever required to the students for filling up of online forms.
> There is no need to submit any hard copy of the Re-evaluation -form in the Board/Institution, however the students are advised to retain the hard copy of the same for their record.
> In case of any difficulty/problem in filling up of the said forms students may raise their tickets through their ID’s.
Note :-Â
Only the students securing minimum 50% of the passing marks will be allowed to apply for re-evaluation.
However for scanned copy of answer script any student irrespective of the evaluation marks secured can apply.
