Applications are invited in the prescribed format from suitable candidates with backgrounds in Management/ Economics/ Commerce/ Allied Fields for engagement as research staff in the following positions under a purely time-bound ANRF-ARG Research Project (2026–29) titled “Impact of Digital Market Inclusion on the Socio-Economic Wellbeing of Underrepresented Handicraft Artisans: A Longitudinal Study,” undertaken at the School of Business Studies, Central University of Jammu, Rahya-Suchani (Bagla), Samba–181143

Essential Qualification :
1) Postgraduate degree in Management/ Economics/ Commerce/ Allied Fields with minimum 60% AND
2) Ph.D. in Management/ Economics/ Commerce/ Allied Fields
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in research and SCI / SSCI / ABDC /Scopus publication(s)
Remuneration & Emolument : ₹58,000/- + HRA per month

Terms and Conditions :
• This temporary engagement will be for a specific period and shall automatically stand terminated with the completion/termination of the project, or earlier at the discretion of the Principal Investigator(s).
• The engagement will not entitle the candidates to any claim for regular employment in the University.
• Shortlisted candidates will be informed through email and called for interview (online/offline).
• Candidates called for interview will not be entitled to TA/DA.
• The decision of the Selection Committee will be final and binding.
• Tenure of the assignment for the post at S. No. 1 (Research Associate-I) shall initially be for 2 years (24 Months) and may be extended further based on performance and project requirements, up to the sanctioned duration of the project.
