Recruitment of Anganwadi Helpers/Aayas in Tikri

Engagement / Hiring of Helper / AAYA’S Under ECCE Tor the session 2024-25.

In reference to Director of SAMAGRA SHIKSHA Jammu and Kashmir Order No. 07 of Chirag 2023, Dated: – 09-01-2023 & Chief Education Officer. Udhampur’s. Order No. CEOU/ AAYA/ SS/ 15637-747. Dated:- 12-06-2023. The Zonal Education officer, Tikri is going to engage Helper/AAya at Village level of honorarium a 5000s- Per month In order to engage Helper/ AAYA application are invited from Female Candidates of the following Schools. Last date of receipt of application is 15-07-2024.

The Terms and Conditions-are as under :-

1. Only Female Candidate can apply.

2. The Candidate must have domicile of the same Village.

3. Candidate belongs to BPL. Category.

4. Candidate must be physically mentally Fit for the Job.

5. Minimum Qualification required 8th Pass (8th Pass Marks Card-Mandatory’).

6. The age of the Candidate shall be between 1845 years as on 1st Jan 2024.

7. Preference shall be given to candidates from BPL. Category in below mentioned order priority :-a. Widow b. Divorced c. Orphan d. Any Candidate among the Poorest of the poor in the village-Elder in Age.

8. Honorarium 5000 / Per month which may vary as per the approval in the subsequent year in PAB of Samagra Shiksha.

9. Last date of receipt of application is 15 -07-2024

10. No. application shall be entertained after the last date.

11. In case of total non-availability of candidates as mentioned above from the concerned Panchayat may be considered.

12. In case of tie up of the selection of candidates for selection of helper , the preference shall be given to the elder candidate.

13. The name of Selected AAYA/ Helper shall he displayed on the notice Board of the School/Panchayat Ghar seven days before the commencement of the new academic session.

14. If any body feels aggrieved with selection of the helper/AAYA an appeal shall be preferred to the Chief Education Officer Udhampur within period of 15 days from Selection. Second appeal if any be filed before Director School Education Jammu.

15. In case of any misconduct, misbehave and poor performance while discharging duty be the helper AAYA as notice / reported, the concerned Zonal Education Officer Tikri having the right to Terminate the service of Helper/ AAYA in consultation with Panchayat Helga. Replacement shall be made within 07 days.

16. All Head of Institution’s check, Scrutinize and verify the application form thoroughly in all respect before signing.

A. Only female Candidate can apply.

B. The Candidate must have domicile of the same Village.

C. Candidate belongs to BPL Category.

D. Candidate must be physically/ mentally fit for the Job.

E. Minimum Qualification required 8th Pass ( 8th Pass Marks Card- Mandatory).

F. The age of the Candidate shall be between 18-45 years as on 1st Jan 2024.

Application form will be submitted In this office before 15th of July 2024.

No form will be accepted after last date.
