Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the closing date of application (22/05/2026). All qualifications must be from a recognized University/Institution approved by AICTE/UGC/Government of India. Only full-time regular courses shall be considered. Experience shall be counted after acquiring the minimum prescribed qualification.
Internship/Apprenticeship/Training/Teaching/Academic/Freelancing experience shall not be treated as qualifying experience

Age Limit :
Maximum age limit is 45 years as on 22/05/2026 (closing date of the notification). Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/Ex-Servicemen/PwD candidates. If a candidate is eligible for age relaxation on two or more grounds, only the highest admissible age relaxation shall be applicable.

Selection Process
Selection will be made on the basis of shortlisting followed by an Interview. In case the total number of applicants is high, RLDA will shortlist candidates based on the selection criteria given below, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
Engagement shall be purely on contract basis for an initial period of up to one year, extendable as per project requirement and satisfactory performance.
One-month advance notice shall be required from either side for termination of contract.

How to Apply for RLDA Site Engineer Recruitment 2026
Applications must be submitted via email only to [email protected] and also by post to the RLDA address. Hard copy applications sent without the email will not be considered. The last date for receipt of applications is 22/05/2026. Candidates must fill the Application Form (Annexure-I) in block letters using a blue ball pen and attach all required documents as per the Annexure-II checklist. All documents and the application must be signed by the candidate on each page.
Candidates working in Government/PSU/Autonomous bodies shall give an undertaking regarding no dues or produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of interview. Candidature shall be provisional and subject to verification of documents and eligibility conditions.

Checklist (Annexure-II) – duly filled and signed
Matriculation Certificate (age proof)
Degree certificates and mark sheets (full set, all semesters)
Experience certificates indicating nature and duration of work

Last three months’ payslips and Form-16 of last Financial Year (2025-26)
Photo ID and address proof
Four recent passport size photographs
NOC / forwarding letter from current employer (if working in Govt./PSU/Railways on regular basis)

Important Instructions
This engagement is purely temporary and contractual in nature — selection does not confer any right for regular employment in RLDA.
Only full-time regular degree courses from AICTE/UGC/Government of India recognized institutions shall be considered.
Internship, Apprenticeship, Training, Teaching, Academic or Freelancing experience shall not be treated as qualifying experience.
No application fee is required. Candidates are advised to beware of touts or unscrupulous elements claiming to facilitate engagement through influence or illegal means.
Govt./PSU employees must produce NOC or apply through proper channel.
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates must submit a caste certificate issued during the current financial year (2025-26) clearly indicating non-creamy layer status.
EWS candidates must produce an Income and Asset Certificate for 2024-25 issued during the current financial year.
Selected candidates will be posted at any RLDA project location across India as per its requirement.
Candidates must be medically fit and shall undergo medical examination at their own cost before joining.
A police verification and clearance certificate shall be submitted before joining by selected candidates.
No travelling, lodging or boarding expenses shall be reimbursed for attending the interview.
Furnishing false/tampered documents or any misconduct will invite legal action, disqualification, debarment and/or termination.
A candidate who refuses to join after issue of offer of appointment will be debarred from all future assignments in RLDA.
Any dispute arising out of this notice shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi only.

No correspondence shall be entertained from candidates found ineligible or not selected.
