Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for the SIB Business Promotion Officer post is assessed as on 31.07.2026, based on the criteria below.

The total CTC at the time of joining is Rs. 7.85 lakhs per annum, structured as follows:

Additionally, Junior Officers posted under the Delhi, Mumbai and Pune regions are eligible for a special allowance of Rs. 10,000/month, and those posted under the Ahmedabad region are eligible for a special allowance of Rs. 5,000/month, after 3 months of active service and subject to performance review.

Official Duty allowance:Â Lodging allowance, halting allowance and travelling expense for official travel, as per Bank norms.
Insurance coverage:Â Group Medical Insurance and Group Accident Insurance provided at the Bank’s cost; Group Life Insurance is arranged with the premium borne by the employee.

Other allowances, staff loans, perquisites, benefits and facilities applicable to the Bank’s regular employees are not applicable to this contractual role.
Increment:Â Annual increment during the contract period is released based on performance evaluation or other parameters decided by the Bank from time to time.
