Teacher Recruitment in J&K Shakti Niketan

Requirement of one (i)Female Teacher on Contract Basis for Serve Shakti Niketan, Machail On the request of Principal Serve Shakti Niketan, Machail and upon authorization of Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar vide letter No. DCK/MY/2023-24/396-400 for inviting the applications from the interested and eligible female candidate (science and math knowing) on contractual basis to be appointed as Contractual Teacher at Serve Shakti Niketan, Machail .

Tenure of engagement & Remuneration :

1. The application shall reach this Office by or before 16th of June 2024 on prescribed format.

2. The selected candidate will be engaged for a period of 09 months from the date of engagement or till the end of March 2024, whichever is less including long vacations on contract basis at a fixed monthly remuneration of Rs.6000/- only.

3. The appointment shall be purely on contract basis for a fixed period and will not confer any right on any employee to seek regularization of services or for continuation of contract period. Notwithstanding anything in the contract, the appointing authority may terminate the service of the said Teacher before the expiry of the said period in case if her work is not found satisfactory or if her conduct is found to be unbecoming of a Teacher and unsuitable for a co educational private institution.

4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

5. The candidate must be below the age of 57 years.
