Engagement of Field Investigators (Walk-in Interview)
Recruitment Notice
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement as Field Investigator(s) on a purely temporary basis under the research project entitled:
“Nari Shakti and Water Governance: A Gendered Approach to Water Security in Kashmir.”
The selection of candidates will be made through a Walk-in Interview as per the following schedule:
Walk-in Interview Details
Date: 01 July 2026 (Wednesday)
Time: 11:30 A.M.
Venue: Office Chamber of the Dean, School of Social Sciences,
University of Kashmir, Hazratbal, Srinagar.

Documents Required
Candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria are required to appear before the Selection Committee along with the following documents:
Original and self-attested copies of all academic and experience certificates.
Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
Valid photo identity proof.
One recent passport-size photograph.
Important Instructions
The engagement will be purely temporary and co-terminus with the project or until the services are required.
The University reserves the right to cancel or postpone the interview or not to fill the position without assigning any reason.
No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the interview.
