Infiltration bid foiled in Akhnoor: Army

Army on Saturday said that an infiltration bid was foiled along the International Border in the Akhnoor area of Jammu and that militants were seen “dragging one body back.”

“The infiltration bid was foiled in the IB sector of #Khour, #Akhnoor. Suspected move of four terrorists seen through own surveillance devices on the night of December 22/23,” the army’s White Knight Corps said in a tweet. “Effective fire brought down. Terrorists seen dragging one body back across the IB.”
