HMVs also from Jammu towards Srinagar shall be allowed only after tail of down convoy crosses Jakheni Udhampur

On 09 Nov 2018 , subject to fair weather & good condition of road, stranded vehicles shall be allowed from kargil towards Srinagar and decision of allowing of vehicles on Mughal road shall be taken tomorrow after assessing weather/road condition
