on 29 Nov 2018 , subject to fair whether & clearance of the road, traffic movement on Mughal road shall be allowed from Shopian towards Buffliaz

Traffic movement on Jammu-Srinagar NHW-44 for 29 Nov 2018 shall be allowed from Jammu towards Srinagar.

However, HMVs shall be allowed from 1400 hours to 2400 hours, subject to fair weather and road condition
