Newborn found dead on Jhelum river – Check Details
The dead body of a newborn baby boy was discovered on Tuesday morning on the banks of river Jhelum in the M.R Gunj area of Srinagar.
The locals who came across the body informed the police, who promptly arrived at the scene and transported the body to SMHS hospital for medico-legal procedures.
Confirming the incident, a police officer revealed that an investigation is ongoing and that the authorities have taken notice of the matter
