Appointment of candidate for the post of “Junior Staff Nurse” Health and Medical Education Department (Govt. Medical College Doda), Divisional Cadre, Jammu, Advertisement/Item No.08/2019/003.

Consequent upon the approval conveyed by the Administrative Departments letter No: ME-NG/198/2022-02 (CC:207708) dated 09-03-2026 and the recommendation released by the J&K Service Selection Board, Jammu vide No. SSB/Secy/Sel/J/76/20/4616-19/22 dated 01-06-2022, sanction is hereby accorded in favour of the candidate next in merit list/waiting list under 0M Category namely Ms. Shashi Devi D/o Rishi Kumar R/o Udrana Bhalra 904101 Bhaderwah, Doda, for appointment to the post of “Junior Staff Nurse” in Govt. Medical College, Doda (Divisional Cadre Jammu) in the pay scale of PB-l(5200-20200) with grade pay of Rs. 2400 (Pre revised) now revised to Level-04 (25500-81100) with immediate effect.

The appointment of the candidate shall be subject to the following conditions:

01. The appointee is directed to report Principal, Government Medical College, Doda within 21 days after the date of issuance of this appointment order along with all the original certificates, three photocopies of all educational and other concerned certificates.

The appointee shall be allowed to join only on production of the following certificates in original:

i. Date of birth certificate

ii. Qualification certificates

iii. Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority.

iv. Health certificate

v. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from District Industries Centre (DIC) and District Employment & Counseling Centre of the Domicile District. If the candidate has taken loan for self-employment from DIC/Employment Counseling Centre, he shall relinquish the proprietorship of the unit/ enterprise and also stakes, if any, in such self-employment unit/enterprise before joining the Government service. He shall be required to repay the entire liability in suitable EMI’s to be worked out by the DDO concerned from his salary’, DDO concerned shall obtain an affidavit from the concerned appointees(s) regarding both relinquishment of the proprietorship and stakes, if any, in such self-employment unit enterprise and recovery to be made and also personally monitor its recovery.

vi. Relevant category certificate, where applicable.

vii. Any other documents as required under rules.

2. The appointment of candidate is subject to verification/genuineness of the qualification certificates and the reserved category certificate from the concerned issuing authorities and in case of any adverse report received from any quarter, the appointment of the candidate shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio.

3. The salary of the appointee shall be drawn and disbursed only after receiving satisfactory report in respect of (S. No. 01 & 02) from the concerned quarter.

4. The appointment of the candidate shall be governed by under S.O-425 dated 06-09-2022

5. The appointee shall be governed by the “New Pension Scheme” as notified vide SRO-400 of 2009 dated 24-12-2009.

6. The appointment in Divisional cadre is not transferable from one Division to another or from one Medical College to another.

7. The appointment of the selected candidate shall further be subject to outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending on the subject in any court of competent jurisdiction.

8. The inter seniority of the above appointee shall be as per the merit secured by the candidate in the selection process as per the select list furnished by the J&K Services Selection Board.

Recruitment in NIELIT J&K

9. The salary of the appointee shall be released only after the verification report in respect of CID, is received from the concerned department and in case adverse report about her character and antecedents is received from the Inspector General of Police (CID), J&K, the candidate shall have no right to claim her appointment and her appointment as such, shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio.

10. If the candidate fails to join this office within the stipulated time period of 21 days, she shall forego her right of appointment which shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio without any further notice as per the instructions issued by the Gen. Administration Department vide circular No. OB-JK(GAD) of 2019 dated 04-12-2019.
