GMC Rajouri Announced Summer Vacation
It is hereby ordered that the Summer Vacation shall be observed by the students of MBBS Phase-I, Phase-II, Phase-III (Part -I) & Phase -III (Part – II) for two weeks w.e.f 8th of June 2026 to 21st of June 2026 of Govt. Medical College, Rajouri.
The following instructions shall be observed during the vacation period:
1. The vacation shall remain effective from 08.06.2026 to 21.06.2026.
2. All students shall report back to the college and attend academic activities from 22.06.2026 without fail.
3. Attendance shall be marked from the date of resumption of classes, and any unauthorized absence beyond the notified vacation period shall be dealt with as per institutional rules.
4. Students residing in hostels are advised to adhere to the instructions issued by the Hostel Administration regarding accommodation, security, and maintenance during the vacation period.
5. Students are encouraged to utilize the vacation productively for self-study, revision of coursework, skill enhancement, and preparation for forthcoming academic assessments.
6. Any change in the academic schedule, if required due to administrative or academic reasons, shall be notified separately through official communication.
7. Hostel Wardens and concerned sections shall ensure compliance with this order.
8. Students scheduled to appear in University Examinations during this period shall follow their respective exam schedule without interruption.
