ITI BHALESSA Admission Notice 2024
ONLINE ADMISSION NOTIFICATION 2024-25, 2024-26 In pursuance to Directorate of Skill Development J&K’s Admission Notice issued under endorsement No. DSD/401/Trgs/2024/4785-4875 dated 28-05-2024, Online applications are invited from eligible candidates with effect from 1st of June 2024 to 21st June 2024 for seeking admission in Govt. Women ITI Bhalessa for the academic session 2024-25-26 under various trades/courses (Engineering/Non Engineering trades) having duration of Two years/One year being run in this institute under NCVT/SCVT Schemes for which the forms can be uploaded on admission portal from 1st of June 2024.
The desirous candidates having minimum age of 14 years as on 1St of June 2024 with no upper age bar (except Driver cum Mechanic (LMV) Trade for which minimum age is 18 years) have to fill up the admission forms available online at ITI admission link (https:/itiadmissions.jkdsd.in) present on the official website of Directorate of Skill Development J&K i.e.www.jkdsd.in The last date for applying online is up to 21st June, 2024.
The candidates have to fill up the complete details which include basic details of students like names, parentage, qualification etc online in the portal and have to upload the soft copies in .jpg format (with size between 20KB to 200KB) of the following documents online only :
1. Marks Certificate of Qualifying Examination.
2. Date of Birth Certificate.
3. Category Certificate (SC/ST/Ex-serviceman/Physically Handicapped/EWS) if any.
4. Aadhar Card.
5. Domicile Certificate should be produced at the time of admission.
The candidates after finalizing the profile and application online will be required to deposit the print out of the system generated application completed in all respects along with self-attested documents uploaded on the portal and deposit the prescribed fee of Rs. 100 (One Hundred Only) per three trades against a proper receipt from Govt. Women ITI Bhalessa. The detailed guidelines for filling the application forms by the candidates is also available on ITI Admission Portal. Important Note :
1. The applying candidates has to submit printout of system generated application along with requisite self- attested documents at Govt. ITI Bhalessa.
2. The candidate shall deposit the fee @Rs. 100/= (One Hundred Only) per Three trades at Govt. ITI Bhalessa against proper receipt.
3. Selection will be made purely on the basis of academic merit obtained by the applicants in their qualifying examination (both for free and self-financing seats separately).
4. On successful completion of training in trades running under NCVT/SCVT Scheme, certificate will be awarded by National / State Council for Vocational Training.
5. Candidates who have already undergone training in any of the trades in any Ill can apply for admissions in another trade after two years after completion of previous training course. However, for the ensuing academic session, their admission can be considered in any trade having poor response.
6. Candidates should have unique mobile Number and e-mail address and to maintain it till completion of course and receive the certificate, as change is not per-mitted later.
