Jammu University Counselling/ Admission Notification for Lateral Entry Scheme-2021-22

Office of the Dean Faculty of Engineering, University of Jammu, Jammu Counselling Schedule Offline/Online for Provisional Admission to B.E. Lateral Entry Scheme -2021-22

As per the communication received from AICTE dated 27.11.2021 and subsequent declaration of the result LESET-2021 by the University of Jammu, Jammu vide notification No. Exam/ Conduct/21/1050 Dated: 28.11.2021, the counselling date for admission has been preponed and shall now be held on 30.11.2021 instead of 06.12.2021 & 07.12.2021 as notified earlier vide Notification No. 4 dated 22-11-2021.

The fresh schedule of the counselling is given as under :

Position : 01-50

Date  : 30.11.2021

Time : 09.30 AM

Mode : Offline/Online

Position : 51-113

Date  : 30.11.2021

Time : 12.30 AM

Mode : Offline/Online.

The eligible Candidates who opt for OFFLINE mode of counseling shall personally attend the counselling as per schedule along with their Original documents at Administrative Block, GCET, Chak Bhalwal, Jammu.

The eligible Candidates who opt for ONLINE mode of counselling should ensure the Net connectivity, and their Video should be ON during the counselling. They must have all Original Documents with them at the time of counseling. Google Meet Video call link for the ONLINE mode is as below:

The candidates who are provisionally selected during the counselling shall be required to submit the requisite fee on the same day.

The Account details for payment of fee through ONLINE will be shared by the respective colleges on the same day. The concerned Head of the colleges
shall also ensure completion of the entire admission process after due verification of the requisite documents on the same day.

Note : Please note that the entire counselling/admission process shall be completed on 30-11-2021 with no time extension.
