The Office of the Principal, Government A.N.M School, Kishtwar, J&K, has issued Advertisement Notification No. 01 of 2026 dated 14 September 2026 inviting offline applications for admission against left-over seats in the FMPHW (Female Multipurpose Health Worker) Course (10th Based) for the academic session 2026-27.
The school is affiliated with the J&K Nursing Council, Jammu and the State Allied & Healthcare Council, J&K.
Eligible candidates belonging to the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir can submit their applications in the prescribed format along with the required documents.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates seeking admission to the FMPHW course must fulfil the prescribed eligibility requirements.
1. Domicile Requirement
The candidate must be a domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Only eligible J&K domicile candidates will be considered for admission against the available left-over seats.
2. Age Limit
The candidate must not have attained the age of 35 years as on 01 January 2026.
3. Educational Qualification
The candidate must have passed the Class 10th examination from a recognized Board, with Science as a subject.
4. Medical Fitness
The candidate must be medically fit for admission to the course.
5. Reserved Category Candidates
Candidates claiming reservation under any reserved category must possess a valid category certificate issued by the competent authority.
Selection and Admission Process
A provisional merit list for admission to the FMPHW course will be prepared category-wise on the basis of the aggregate marks obtained by candidates in their 10th Class examination.
Admission will initially remain provisional and will be subject to:
Verification of original documents.
Fulfilment of all prescribed eligibility conditions.
Verification of information furnished in the application form.
Satisfactory documentary verification.
Shortlisted candidates will be informed through telephone regarding document verification and provisional admission.
Candidates must produce their original documents at the time of document verification.
Important Terms and Conditions
The admission process will be conducted in accordance with the applicable eligibility conditions, admission criteria and provisions prescribed by the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) and the Jammu and Kashmir Nursing Council.
Candidates should ensure that all information provided in their application is complete and correct.
If a candidate is found ineligible at any stage, or if any document or information submitted by the candidate is found to be false, incorrect or invalid, the candidature/admission may be cancelled ab-initio without further notice.
Suppression, concealment or misrepresentation of any material fact or information can also result in cancellation of candidature/admission.
