Admission Notification for Three Year Diploma Polytechnic Courses-2023 (Including Diploma in Medical Lab Technology, 12th (Medical Only )

Online Applications are invited from residents of Union Territories of J&K and Ladakh who are eligible and desirous for admission to Three Year Diploma Polytechnic (Engineering and Non Engineering programmes) in all the Govt./Private Polytechnics of UT
of J&K and UT of Ladakh for academic session 2023-2024. The selection of the candidates of all the courses except MLT will be purely on the marks obtained in 10th class and whereas for Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) merit will be based on 12th class (Medical). The details of all the Govt./Private Polytechnics of UT of J&K, UT of Ladakh are enclosed as annexure “A”. The details and guidelines as contained in the Electronic Information Brochure-2023 are available at www.jksbotelive.com.

Online Application forms :

Candidates can submit their Applications Online only on the website https://www.jksbotelive.com from 10-06-2023 to 30-06-2023 and also pay a Fee of Rs. 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) online through National Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking etc. The procedure for filing Application Form and eligibility etc. of the candidates has been given in detail in the Information Brochure.

Eligibility :

1. The Applicant must :

* be a Domicile Certificate Holder of UT of J&K or UT of Ladakh, as the case may be;

* have passed 10th Class Examination from a recognized Board/Institution for all Polytechnic Courses except Diploma in Medical Lab Technician should have passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary part II i.e. 12th Class with Physics Chemistry & Biology as subjects);

* have obtained not less than 35% of marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination (10th or 12th whichever is applicable) in case of open merit candidates or reserved category candidates.

Submission of Online Application Forms :

The interested candidates have to upload the following scanned original / self- attested Certificates in PDF format with size not less than 50KB along with the Application Form Domicile Certificate of candidate belonging to UT of J&K or UT of Ladakh, as the
case may be;

* Qualifying marks certificate (10th class marks card for Diploma Polytechnic (12th (Medical) Class marks card for Medical Lab Technology course)

* Date of Birth Certificate;

* Reserved Category Certificate, if any, (Including Sports Certificate/TFW certificate) on the Govt. Prescribed Performa. (Duly renewed where ever applicable) and

* Disability Certificate, In case of Persons with Disability, Issued by the concerned authority;
