2. The online filling up of choices/preferences shall be available w.e.f. 30-05-2026 (11:00 A.M.
onwards) to 02-06-2026 (5:00 P.M.), and the instructions related to filling up of online
Choices/Preferences have already been mentioned in the Counselling Instructions and Guidelines,
which are available only on the official website of the Board (www.jkbopee.gov.in).

3. To make the admission process more affordable, the Board has waived the counselling fee for
the course vide Notice No. 010-BOPEE of 2026 Dated 23-03-2026

4. The Board shall provisionally allow all such candidates to participate in the online counselling
process who have failed to upload any of the documents, viz. Domicile Certificate, 10th Class
Marks Card/Diploma to ascertain the D.O.B, 12th Class Marks Card, etc., with the condition that
they must fulfil all the eligibility conditions as mentioned in the Notification No. 043-BOPEE of
2026 dated 17-03-2026 and have to submit all such documents at the time of their admission in
the respective college, if selected

5. It is further enjoined upon all the candidates concerned to ensure the validity of the Category
Certificate, which in any case should not have been issued after 02-04-2026, i.e., the last date
fixed by the Board for filling up of online application form for 12th Based Paramedical Diploma
Courses- 2026

6. The seats shall be allotted to the candidates as per S.O. 176 dated 15-03-2024, read with S.O. 305
dated 31-05-2024 issued by the Social Welfare Department, UT of J&K and as amended from time
to time.

7. Seat Matrix shall be uploaded on the website of the Board a day before the start of Counselling.

8. Regarding the fee structure of the courses, participating candidates are advised to confirm it from
the respective College/Institute where they intend to seek admission before applying for the
online process.

9. Mere filling up of the online Preferences/ Choices shall not confer any preferential right/claim
upon the candidate concerned for admission to any course/college, which shall further be
subjected to eligibility to be verified at the time of admission, if selected, by the respective
College/Institution.

10. The admission of the candidates is purely provisional and liable to be cancelled in case any
information provided by any candidate is proved to be false/fabricated/untrue at any stage. The
Board reserves the right to cancel the same and take penal action against the candidate
concerned as per the relevant rules.
