JKSSB Interview and Practical Skill Test for Posts in Information Department

This is a JKSSB notification dated 03-07-2026 regarding the Interview-cum-Practical Skill Test for candidates in the consideration zone for the post of Junior Culture Assistant (Information Department) advertised under Notification No. 01 of 2021 for Item Nos. 127, 129, 134, 138, 139, 161.

JKSSB had earlier conducted the OMR-based written exam for these posts on 02-02-2025.

The result/score sheet was issued vide notification dated 15-04-2025.

Later, candidates in the consideration zone were called for document verification, followed by a supplementary document verification on 31-12-2025.

Now, the candidates in the consideration zone are being called to appear physically before the designated committee for the Skill Test.

The date, time and venue of the skill test are given in Annexure “A”.

Instruments for the skill test will be provided by the Board at the venue, but candidates may also bring and use their own instrument.

Candidates who have applied under multiple item numbers must submit their post preferences as per Annexure “B”.

Candidates should carry:

Valid photo ID proof

Original documents/testimonials as required by the Board.

If a candidate fails to appear before the committee on the scheduled date and time, they will forfeit their claim for selection.
