Reasi District Hospital Written/Type Test 2026
The Office of the Medical Superintendent, Government District Hospital Reasi, Jammu & Kashmir, has issued a notice regarding the Written/Type Test for candidates engaged/shortlisted for contractual engagement under the Addiction Treatment Facility, Government District Hospital Reasi.
As approved by the Deputy Commissioner (Chairman, District Health Society), Reasi, the examination for the Counsellor and Nurse positions and the Type Test for Data Manager will be conducted on 21 August 2026.

Admit Card / Roll Number Slip
Candidates are required to collect their Admit Cards/Roll Number Slips from the office of the Medical Superintendent, Government District Hospital, Reasi.
The admit cards can be collected from 12 August 2026 to 17 August 2026 on working days.
Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Candidates should collect their admit cards within the prescribed period and carry them to the examination venue.
Written Examination Pattern
The written examination will be conducted as an Objective Type (MCQ-based) examination.
Total Marks: 50
Duration: 1 hour
Negative Marking: No negative marking
Syllabus: The syllabus will remain confined to the respective academic and professional qualifications prescribed for the advertised engagement.
For the Data Manager, a typing test will also be conducted to determine a net typing speed of 35 words per minute (w.p.m.).
Instructions for Candidates
Candidates must report to their respective examination venue at least one hour before the commencement of the examination. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall after the examination has started.
Candidates must carry:
Admit Card/Roll Number Slip
One valid photo identity proof, such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, PAN Card, etc.
Blue/Black Ball Point Pen
Transparent Water Bottle
Items Prohibited in the Examination Hall
Candidates are strictly prohibited from carrying the following items inside the examination hall:
Mobile Phones
Smart Watches
Bluetooth Devices
Calculators
Written/Printed Material
Bags or any other electronic gadgets
Important Instructions
Candidates found using unfair means or indulging in misconduct will be debarred from the examination and may face further action as per rules.
The candidature of applicants will remain purely provisional, subject to verification of original documents and fulfilment of the eligibility conditions prescribed in the advertisement.
Candidates must maintain proper discipline and strictly follow the instructions issued by the supervisory staff/invigilators.
No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the examination.
