INTERVIEW NOTICE

It is notified for information of all the concerned that the interview for the post(s) of Assistant Professor-cum-Junior Scientist in the following disciplines advertised vide Notification No. 07 of 2024 dated 16.07.2024 shall be held on 4th of May, 2026 at Vice-Chancellor’s Secretariat, Main Campus, SKUAST-K, Shalimar.

i. Genetics & Plant Breeding, Faculty of Agriculture
ii. Plant Biotechnology, Faculty of Horticulture
iii. Forestry, Faculty of Forestry

All the shortlisted candidates figuring in Annexure to this notice are hereby informed to report at the venue of interview on the date indicated herein-above at 09:30 am, along with the following documents in original & self-attested Xerox copies thereof:

Copy of Online Application Form.

D.O.B Certificate (Certificate/Marks card of Class 10th).

10+2 Marks Card/Diploma.

Bachelor’s Degree Certificate/Marks sheet(s).

Post-graduation Degree Certificate/Marks sheet(s), if any.

Ph.D Degree Certificate/NET/SLET/SET certificate.

Proof of Research Publications, if any.

Reservation Category certificate, if applicable.

Domicile certificate.

Two recent Passport size photographs.

Other documents as per prescribed qualification indicated in the advertisement.

Note :

Mere figuring of the name in the list doesn’t entitle the candidate(s) to appear in the interview, which shall be subject to the scrutiny of all testimonials of the candidates before the interview.

Mere calling the candidates for interview will not confer any right upon the candidate to be considered for selection.

The candidate(s) who fail to produce any certificate(s)/testimonial(s) in original at the time of interview shall forfeit their candidature.

The certificate(s)/testimonial(s) etc. acquired by the candidate after expiry of the last date of submission of Online Application form shall not be entertained.
