University of Kashmir OMR-Based Written Test Notice

NOTICE

OMR-Based Written Test for the post of PHARMACIST advertised vide Advertisement Notice No. 12 of 2025 dated: 28-11-2025

It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that the OMR-based written examination for eligible applicants who have applied for the above-mentioned position, advertised vide above cited notice, will be conducted on 09-06-2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

However, the venue for conduct of examination shall be communicated separately.

All the eligible applicants are advised to appear for the examination as scheduled. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website for further updates.

Important Instructions for Candidates:

Mere appearance in the OMR-based test is purely provisional and shall not confer any right to appointment.

Eligibility of candidates shall be determined strictly at the time of document verification.

There will be 80 MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) and each correct answer will carry 1 mark.

There will be negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer.

The time allotted for the test will be 90 minutes.

Candidates must carry a valid photo ID proof along with their Admit Card to the examination venue. Ballpoint pens shall be provided to candidates at the examination venue by the respective Centre Superintendents.

Candidates are advised to reach the venue at least one hour before the scheduled examination time.

The online link for downloading Admit Cards will be made available on the official website of the University of Kashmir w.e.f. 04-06-2026.

The use of mobile phones, calculators, or any other electronic devices is strictly prohibited during the examination. Unfair means will lead to disqualification.
