GMC Rajouri Tutor Result 2026 Declared-Merit & Selection List Out
Declaration of Result of Written Examination (OMR Based) held on 19-07-2026 for Selection/Engagement as Tutor in the Department of Physiology, Government Medical College, Rajouri, and Notification of Merit List, Final Selection List and Waiting List thereof.
ORDER NO: _57_ GMCR of 2026 Dated 20-07-2026
Whereas, Government Medical College, Rajouri conducted a Written Examination (OMR Based) on 19-07-2026 from 12:30 PM to 01:30 PM for selection/engagement of candidates as Tutor in the Department of Physiology;
Whereas, vide Notification No. GMCR/Registrar/2026-27/118-122 dated 19-07-2026, the Provisional Answer Key was notified and uploaded on the official website of the College, inviting objections/representations, if any, from the candidates on the prescribed format along with documentary evidence and a fee of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) per question, to be submitted on or before 20-07-2026 up to 11:00 AM;
Whereas, no objections/representations were received from any candidate within the stipulated time period;
Whereas, in terms of Notification No. GMCR/Registrar/2026-27/106-111 dated 18-07-2026, selection is to be made purely on the basis of merit secured in the Written Examination and, in case of a tie in marks, the inter-se merit is to be determined in the following order:
1. Higher aggregate percentage of marks obtained in MBBS;
2. In case the tie still persists, the candidate senior in age shall rank higher.
Now, therefore, on the basis of evaluation of the OMR Answer Sheets conducted strictly in accordance with the notified selection criteria and after applying the prescribed tie-breaking principles wherever applicable, the Merit List of the Written Examination held on 19-07-2026 is hereby declared and enclosed as Annexure-“A” to this Notification.
Whereas, consequent upon declaration of the Merit List and strictly on the basis of merit secured in the Written Examination, the Final Selection List is enclosed as Annexure-“B” and the Waiting List as Annexure-“C”, in accordance with Government Order No. 383-JK (HME) of 2024 dated 20-06-2024 (Clauses V & VI), which provides for maintenance of a Waiting List valid for a period of three (03) months.
Now, therefore, it is hereby notified that:
1. The candidates whose names appear in Annexure-“B” are hereby declared Finally Selected for engagement as Tutor in the Department of Physiology, Government Medical College, Rajouri.
2. The selection shall remain purely provisional and shall be subject to:
Verification of original documents/testimonials;
Fulfilment of all prescribed eligibility conditions;
Character and antecedent verification by the competent authority;
Medical fitness, wherever applicable; and
Compliance with all applicable Government Orders, Rules and institutional regulations.
